As an independent bicycle consultant, my overriding aim is to produce clear and precise reports which specifically relate to my clients instructions.

I am a firm believer in reaching logical and well reasoned conclusions that are backed by a detailed examination and a wealth of experience covering all aspects of bicycles, cycle components and cycling matters.

Cycling is excellent for the environment, a healthy form of transport and an enjoyable leisure activity. To ensure its continued growth and popularity, bicycles must be safe for their rider, other road users and pedestrians regardless of their retail price.

Unfortunately, anything that is manufactured may have some form of defect or problem that could cause premature failure. If everything was perfect there would be no need for the manufacturer, importer or retailer to warrant or guarantee their product. The words 'manufacturing or material defect' would be obsolete.

CHARGES

My initial response to any enquiry will not incur any charges and will be without obligation. Following a review of the details that have been sent, it may be necessary to request further information about the matter in order to give a more reasoned response. Again there will be no charge for this.

Providing I have an outline of a client's needs and the type of format that is required for its conclusion, I will provide a detailed quote on the costs involved and the terms and conditions of my consultancy.
